Hearts awakened.
Communities renewed.
Eucharistic Adoration is the Heartbeat of Revival.
At the heart of our Strategy for Revival are monthly Encounter Nights—times of Eucharistic adoration accented by transformative music, powerful exhortation, and shared community afterward. The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops describes Eucharistic gatherings like these as the “heartbeat” of renewal, moments where the Church gathers around the Lord and allows Him to rekindle faith.

A vital part of this strategy is the formation of the teams who help lead and sustain these nights. Team members meet regularly for prayer, formation, and shared meals, growing together not only in skill but also in friendship and spiritual unity. Over time, these teams begin to resemble families—each person understanding that their unique gifts contribute to something much larger than themselves, finding a personal and deep enrichment through this experience of working together to build the Kingdom of God.
Encounter Nights follow a thoughtful overarching catechetical strategy.
Rather than isolated reflections, the talks and themes build upon one another over time. The exhortations form a coherent journey of discipleship—gradually leading participants deeper into the mystery of the Eucharist, the life of the Church, and the call to mission. A structured framework provides continuity and direction, while still allowing the content to be tailored to the needs and culture of each parish. In this way, Encounter Nights become not only moments of inspiration, but part of a larger path of formation.
We are currently piloting this Strategy for Revival with parishes in the Dioceses of Steubenville, OH & Pittsburgh, PA.

Encounter Nights are deeply inspired by the Pedagogy of God and follow the Ecclesial Method.
Throughout salvation history, God forms His people patiently and personally. Following this principle from the Pedagogy of God, we have put monthly Eucharistic encounter at the heart of the strategy. It is there that individuals can personally relate with the true pedagogue and teacher in an on-going way. Jesus is the way to the Father and life in the Spirit.
Yet, in the beautiful plan of salvation, Christ established the Church and uses human instruments to help in His mission. This is the role of the catechist, a role of putting people into intimacy with Jesus. We are to help facilitate encounter.
To this end, Encounter Nights implements the Ecclesial Method, a catechetical structure that provides various insights to setting up an evangelical and catechetical experience. This method unfolds through five movements:
1. Preparation
Have you ever stepped into a space and just felt like transformation could happen there? The preparation step is about preparing everyone for transformation, for an encounter with Christ. Forming a welcoming community, decorating the space, and leading in a thoughtful prayer are just some tangible ways we do this.
2. Proclamation
The proclamation is meant to be the central message of all that is being shared, and everything else we share should be clearly connected to this message. In a way, it is a ‘catch phrase’ that is memorable, evocative, exclamatory, and easy to refer back to. This is achieved through monthly themes that talks, music, decorations, and advertisements will highlight.
3. Explanation
The truth needs to not only be unpacked, but to be shared in a way that can be actively received and grappled with. As the central theme is illustrated, the shared reflection connects this truth with the real lives of the people, inviting each person to a new wonder and a deeper encounter with Jesus Christ.
4. Application
Jesus does not merely ask his followers to intellectually believe in a set of doctrines, but He invites us to follow his way of life. In the application stage, we follow the example of Jesus, and we share and show practically how to live out the proclamation within the family of God.
5. Celebration
This is the stage where we thank God and praise him for his transformative Good News that we have received. At the end of every Encounter Night, the last songs and prayers are of praise and gratitude.
Implementing the insights of these stages, Encounter Nights move beyond information alone and instead foster genuine conversion, communal life, and missionary discipleship.
We help form and train parish teams to sustain your Strategy for Revival.
Formation for teams is specially crafted for each group, covering both the practical and the spiritual dimension. Following the example of Jesus, each team receives formation for understanding and nurturing Christ-centered relationships, not as a means to get people in the door, but as the goal in itself.

There are different varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different forms of activity, but the same God who produces all of them in everyone ... The body is one, although it has many parts; and all the parts, though many, form one body. So it is with Christ...You therefore are the body of Christ, and each of you is a part of it.

Are you ready to bring revival to your parish?
Every parish is unique. We strategize with your real needs and strengths to bring revival to your particular community. Depending upon the presence or absence of potential leaders identified with the parish, we may recommend The Hard Launch or The Soft Launch.
The Hard Launch
This is for parishes that have leaders and potential individuals for teams to start off strong.
Stage 1
Initial Conversations
In this stage we will first listen to the hopes of the pastor and interested parties. We will also explain the foundational aspects of the strategy.
Stage 2
Getting to Know the Parish
In this step we will learn about where the parish culture is through conversations and various forms of assessment.
Stage 3
Staff & Leadership Onboarding
A series of formative meetings will be scheduled to explain more fully the strategy, initially form the leadership of the various teams, and start preparing for launch.
Stage 4
Teams Onboarding
In this stage we will work with team leaders to form their individual teams in preparation for the Encounter Night launch.
Stage 5
Starting Encounter Nights
The first encounter night will start. With the hard launch, the nights will be well orchestrated with a near conference-like professionalism, coordination, and atmosphere.
Stage 6
Ongoing Formation
Now the ongoing formation of the teams, community, and culture will begin.
The Soft Launch
This is for parishes who may not have any idea of potential leadership but want to grow a strong community over time.
Stage 1
Initial Conversations
In this stage we will first listen to the hopes of the pastor and interested parties about why it is they have reached out to us. We will also explain the foundational aspects of the strategy.
Stage 2
Getting to Know the Parish
In this step we will learn about where the parish culture is through conversations and various forms of assessment.
Stage 3
Starting Encounter Nights
The first encounter night will be scheduled and monthly adoration will start. With the soft launch, the core of the nights will be started: Eucharistic adoration, spirit led music, strong exhortation, and simple community time
Stage 4
Formation of Teams
Here we will work with the parish to start inviting individuals in to become a part of the movement. They will be introduced into the practicals and spirituality of different parts in an informal way.
Stage 5
Leader/Team Onboarding
As leaders and teams become clear, they will be onboarded into their various roles and given the spirituality behind their aspects in a formal way.
Stage 6
Ongoing Formation
With leaders and teams formed, now the ongoing formation of the teams can begin.
